🍽️ Grilled Tofu and Mango Skewers

Ingredientes
- 600 g smoked tofu
- 5 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 4 sprigs Thai basil
- 2 organic limes
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- 2. Cut the tofu into large rectangles.
- 3. Place the tofu in a bowl.
- 4. Pour the soy sauce and oil over the tofu.
- 5. Marinate the tofu for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Peel the mango.
- 7. Cut thick slices off the pit.
- 8. Cut the mango flesh into large rectangles.
- 9. Wash the Thai basil.
- 10. Shake the basil dry.
- 11. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 12. Wash the limes.
- 13. Cut the limes into wedges.
- 14. Thread all ingredients alternately onto 8 wooden skewers.
- 15. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 16. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes.
- 17. Serve the skewers with couscous salad as desired.
