Ingredientes
- 200 g bulgur (grano de trigo grueso)
- 1 manojo cebolletas
- 500 g tomates
- 1 limón (zumo exprimido)
- Sal
- Pimienta (de molinillo)
- 1 cdta. polvo de chile
- comino 1 pizca
- menta fresca (picada)
- 6 cda. aceite de oliva
- 3 cda. perejil (picado)
Preparación
- 1. Put the bulgur into a bowl.
- 2. Cover the bulgur with cold water.
- 3. Let the bulgur soak for about one hour.
- 4. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 6. Finely chop the spring onions.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes.
- 8. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 9. Place the soaked bulgur into a sieve.
- 10. Let the water drain from the bulgur.
- 11. Squeeze the bulgur slightly to remove remaining moisture.
- 12. Place the bulgur into a large mixing bowl.
- 13. Add the chopped spring onions to the bowl.
- 14. Add the tomato cubes to the bowl.
- 15. Add the lemon juice.
- 16. Salt the mixture to taste.
- 17. Pepper the mixture to taste.
- 18. Add chili powder.
- 19. Add cumin.
- 20. Add olive oil.
- 21. Add the mint.
- 22. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 23. Season the spices sharply to taste again.
- 24. Add the parsley.
- 25. Mix the parsley into the salad.
- 26. Keep the salad cool until you serve it.
- 27. Serve the salad with grilled meat.
- 28. Serve the salad with quickly fried dishes as well.
