  4. 4. Add the finely chopped chives, curry powder, salt, and pepper to the cream mixture and stir well.
  5. 5. Grease a baking dish with the butter to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Arrange the sweet potato slices evenly in the prepared dish.
  7. 7. Pour the spiced curry cream evenly over the potato slices.
  8. 8. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces or cut it into cubes and sprinkle it on top of the casserole.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius with fan or gas mark 2 to 3).
