Ingredientes
- 2 filetes de res (aprox. 200 g cada uno)
- Sal
- Pimienta (recién molida)
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
- 2 cucharadas de pimienta verde encurtida (en frasco)
- nata para montar 50 g
- 1 cucharada de mostaza
- 1 cucharadita de salsa Worcestershire
Preparación
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the fillets in it for 2 to 4 minutes per side, depending on your preference. Then season the fillets with salt and pepper and wrap them in aluminum foil.
- 2. Melt the butter in the pan, then add the green pepper and cream and bring to a brief boil.
- 3. Stir in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce and simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Serve the fillets on plates with the pepper sauce, accompanied by a small salad.
