🍽️ Baked Salmon Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 200 g Broccoli florets
- 350 g Spiral pasta
- Salt
- Pepper (from a grinder)
- 300 g Smoked salmon
- 150 g Crème fraîche
- nata para montar 300 g
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cda Horseradish (freshly grated or from a jar)
- 2 cda Lemon juice
- 50 g grated Pecorino
- 2 cda Pickled green peppercorns
Preparación
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Boil the spiral pasta in it al dente (still firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water so it doesn't continue cooking.
- 4. Let the pasta drain well.
- 5. Wash the broccoli and divide it into very small florets.
- 6. Cut the broccoli stems into small pieces of about half a centimeter.
- 7. Tear the salmon into larger pieces.
- 8. Whisk the crème fraîche with the cream in a bowl.
- 9. Add the eggs to the cream mixture and stir them in.
- 10. Add the horseradish and mix everything well.
- 11. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir it in.
- 12. Take half of the cheese and stir it into the sauce.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 15. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
- 16. Put the drained pasta into the prepared dish.
- 17. Add the salmon pieces, the broccoli florets, and the broccoli stems.
- 18. Add the green peppercorn pieces.
- 19. Lightly mix all the ingredients in the dish.
- 20. Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta mixture.
- 21. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the casserole.
- 22. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 23. Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes.
