  2. 2. Finely chop the leaves and needles of the herbs.
  3. 3. Mix the chopped herbs with the herb cherry (a herb spice blend) and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. 4. Press the peeled garlic cloves directly into the herb mixture.
  5. 5. Season the marinade with black pepper.
  6. 6. Turn the schnitzels in the marinade so that they are completely covered.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl or container.
  8. 8. Place the schnitzels in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours to marinate.
  9. 9. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Remove the schnitzels from the marinade and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
