🍽️ Roastbeef with crunchy kohlrabi and celery vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small kohlrabi (à 200 g)
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 sprigs dill
- 2 tbsp herb vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp grape seed oil
- salt
- pepper
- 500 g thinly sliced roast beef (meat counter)
Preparación
- 1. Wash the celery and kohlrabi under running water.
- 2. Remove stubborn dirt spots from the vegetables.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into very small cubes.
- 4. Wash the fresh herbs under cold water.
- 5. Shake the herbs dry.
- 6. Chop the herbs finely.
- 7. Put the cut vegetables and herbs into a bowl.
- 8. Add vinegar, honey, oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- 9. Stir the ingredients well until they are mixed.
- 10. Place the roast beef slices on four plates.
- 11. Distribute the vinaigrette evenly over the meat.
