🍕 Pizza with Salami

Ingredientes
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 0.125 l lukewarm water
- 50 g olive oil
- 20 g fresh yeast
- salt
- 200 g chunky tomatoes (from the can)
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g broccoli florets
- 6 slices poultry salami
- 170 g grated Emmental cheese
- 1 tomato (seeded and finely chopped)
Preparación
- 1. Mix flour, crumbled yeast, water, oil, and salt into a soft dough. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Peel and chop shallots and garlic. Sauté them in hot olive oil until translucent. Stir in tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add chunky tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Clean the broccoli and cut it into smaller pieces if necessary. Blanch it for 3 minutes in boiling salted water (cook briefly in boiling water), drain it, shock it with cold water, and let it drain well.
- 4. Slice the chicken breast lengthwise into strips about 1 cm thick and season with salt and pepper. Halve the ham.
- 5. Knead the dough well again and press it into a greased pizza pan (approx. 28 - 30 cm diameter). Form a small edge around the rim of the dough.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Top the dough base with tomato sauce, salami, and broccoli, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven for 25 minutes until crispy and serve with fresh tomato pieces.
