  1. 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  2. 2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the spinach to the boiling water for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Remove the spinach and immediately shock it with cold water (blanching = cook briefly and cool).
  5. 5. Let the spinach drain well.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Cut a cross shape into the bottom of each tomato with a knife.
  8. 8. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes briefly.
  9. 9. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Quarter the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  11. 11. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  12. 12. Drain the pasta and let it drain.
  13. 13. Peel the onion and garlic.
  14. 14. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
  15. 15. Cut the turkey ham into small pieces.
  16. 16. Grate the parmesan.
  17. 17. Mix the pasta with the spinach, tomatoes, onion, garlic, turkey ham, crème fraîche and half of the parmesan.
  18. 18. Season the mixture with pepper.
  19. 19. Fill the mixture into a baking dish.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the bake.
  21. 21. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection 180 °C or gas mark 3).
  22. 22. Bake the bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  23. 23. Serve the bake warm.
