  1. 1. Boil the pasta in salted water al dente, rinse it briefly with cold water and let it drain. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes, remove the tough parts and slice them into 0.5 cm thick slices.
  2. 2. Mix the ricotta with cream, milk and eggs until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and add the pressed garlic.
  3. 3. Mix the pasta with the tomato and zucchini slices and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Pour the egg cream over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve the casserole garnished with fresh basil leaves.
