🥗 Classic Nizza Salad with Tuna

Ingredientes
- 1 frisée lettuce
- 2 bunch arugula (á approx. 30 g)
- 150 g fresh leaf spinach
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g snow peas
- salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g black pitted olives
- 200 g tuna (in water from the can)
- 1 lemon (in wedges)
Preparación
- 1. Thoroughly wash the salad greens, arugula, and spinach.
- 2. Spin the greens dry and remove any wilted leaves.
- 3. Tear the leafy greens into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 5. Wash the snow peas and trim off the tough stem ends.
- 6. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 7. Cook the snow peas in the boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.
- 8. Remove the snow peas from the water.
- 9. Rinse the snow peas immediately under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 10. Let the snow peas drain well.
- 11. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in bubbling water.
- 12. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil for the vinaigrette.
- 13. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper to taste.
- 14. Combine the salad with the tomatoes, olives, drained tuna, and snow peas.
- 15. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture.
- 16. Divide the salad evenly among four bowls.
- 17. Peel the boiled eggs.
- 18. Cut the eggs in half.
- 19. Place the egg halves and lemon slices on top of the salad.
