🍳 Crunchy muesli with fresh fruit and nuts

Ingredientes
- 200 g Oat flakes
- 60 g Raisins
- 100 ml Apple juice
- 2 Pears
- 2 Apples
- 60 g Dried fruit (e.g. Dates and Mango)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 600 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 60 g Nuts (e.g. Cashews and Pistachios)
Preparación
- 1. Put the oat flakes and raisins into a bowl.
- 2. Pour the apple juice over them.
- 3. Stir everything well.
- 4. Let the mixture soak for about 20 minutes.
- 5. Wash the pears and apples thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the fruits into quarters.
- 7. Remove the core.
- 8. Cut a few thin slices from each fruit for decoration.
- 9. Dice the remaining fruit finely.
- 10. Chop the dried fruits finely.
- 11. Mix the fruit with the dried fruits and maple syrup.
- 12. Spoon the yogurt into bowls.
- 13. Top with the soaked oat flakes and the fruit mixture.
- 14. Decorate with the fruit slices cut aside earlier.
- 15. Sprinkle chopped nuts over it.
- 16. Serve the muesli immediately.
