🥗 Zesty Zucchini with Lemon-Herb Dressing

Ingredientes
- 800 g Zucchini
- 30 g Butter
- 2 cdta Lemon juice
- 1 cda chopped dill
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 Stiele Parsley
- 2 Stiele Basil
Preparación
- 1. Peel the zucchini thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into four strips.
- 3. Cut the strips into pieces about 5 Zentimeter long.
- 4. Heat a pan and melt the butter in it.
- 5. Add the zucchini pieces to the pan.
- 6. Sauté the zucchini briefly until they are lightly fragrant.
- 7. Pour 2 a 3 cda water into the pan.
- 8. Place the lid on the pan.
- 9. Cook the zucchini over medium heat for about 10 minutos.
- 10. Stir the lemon juice into the warm zucchini.
- 11. Mix the dill with the zucchini.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Wash the fresh herbs under running water.
- 14. Shake the herbs dry.
- 15. Pick the small leaves from the stems.
- 16. Let the zucchini cool briefly.
- 17. Gently fold the herbs into the zucchini salad.
- 18. Serve the salad on plates.
