  1. 1. Put 100 g of peanut butter into a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla powder.
  3. 3. Stir the ingredients until a smooth mixture forms.
  4. 4. Sift the flour into a separate small bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  6. 6. Add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture.
  7. 7. Knead everything into a moldable dough.
  8. 8. Lightly wet your hands with water.
  9. 9. Take small portions of the dough.
  10. 10. Shape them into about 30 small balls.
  11. 11. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. 12. Press the balls slightly flat.
  13. 13. Press the handle end of a wooden spoon into the center of each ball.
  14. 14. This creates a small indentation.
  15. 15. Fill the indentations with a little peanut butter.
  16. 16. Add some jam into the indentations.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection 160 °C or gas mark 2–3).
  18. 18. Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.
  19. 19. Remove the tray from the oven.
  20. 20. Lift the baking paper with the cookies off the tray.
  21. 21. Let the cookies cool down completely.
