🥤 Fruity Mango-Kiwi Bowl

Ingredientes
- 1 mango
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- 1 lemon
- 100 ml orange juice
- 2 kiwis
- 10 g pistachio kernels (2 tsp)
- 10 g flaxseeds (2 tsp)
- 30 g cranberries (2 tbsp; sweetened with juice)
Preparación
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh off the pit.
- 2. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Remove the seeds and white interior of the bell pepper.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
- 6. Halve the lemon.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half.
- 8. Add the mango, the pepper, the orange juice, and the lemon juice to a stand blender.
- 9. Blend the ingredients into a fine, smooth mixture.
- 10. Distribute the smoothie evenly among four bowls.
- 11. Peel the kiwis.
- 12. Halve the kiwis lengthwise.
- 13. Slice the kiwi halves into thin slices.
- 14. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
- 15. Decoratively place the kiwi slices on the smoothie bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the bowls.
- 17. Top the bowls with flaxseeds.
- 18. Add a few cranberries as a final touch.
