  5. 5. Rinse the meat briefly with water.
  6. 6. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a pot or casserole dish.
  9. 9. Brown the meat over medium heat.
