🍽️ Baked Potato and Celery Casserole

Ingredientes
- 400 g firm-cooking potatoes
- apionabo 400 g
- nata para montar 500 ml
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- nutmeg
- 150 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)
Preparación
- 1. Peel the potatoes and the celeriac.
- 2. Wash the vegetables under running water.
- 3. Cut the potatoes and the celeriac into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- 4. Mix the cream with a pinch of salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 6. Grease an oval baking dish with some butter.
- 7. Add the cut potatoes and the celeriac to the dish.
- 8. Pour the seasoned cream over the vegetables.
- 9. Make sure that the vegetables are almost completely covered by the cream.
- 10. Spread the grated cheese evenly over the surface.
- 11. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 12. Bake the casserole for 40 to 45 minutes.
- 13. Let the casserole bake until golden brown and bubbling.
- 14. Carefully remove the dish from the oven.
- 15. Serve the casserole directly while it is still hot.
