🥗 Creamy Bean Salad with Smoked Mackerel and Cheese

Ingredientes
- 350 g wax beans
- 350 g green beans
- salt
- 200 g Gouda
- 2 red onions
- 300 g smoked mackerel fillet (skinless)
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- pepper (from the mill)
- dill tips (for garnishing)
Preparación
- 1. Wash the beans thoroughly and remove any tough ends.
- 2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- 3. Add the beans to the boiling water and cook them for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Drain the beans and immediately rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 5. Let the beans drain well in a colander.
- 6. Cut the beans into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 7. Remove the rind from the cheese.
- 8. Cut the cheese into sticks about 5 centimeters long.
- 9. Peel the onions and halve them.
- 10. Slice the onion halves into thin slices.
- 11. Flake the fish into small pieces using a fork.
- 12. Mix the oil with the vinegar in a small bowl.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 14. Add all prepared salad ingredients to a large bowl.
- 15. Pour the vinaigrette over the ingredients.
- 16. Toss everything gently so the ingredients do not break apart.
- 17. Plate the salad on dishes.
- 18. Garnish the salad with fresh dill tips.
- 19. Serve the salad immediately.
