🍽️ Joghurt-Quark Cream with Cape Gooseberry

Ingredientes
- 300 g yogurt
- 100 g quark
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 4 physalis
Preparación
- 1. Mix the yogurt thoroughly with the quark. Stir in the honey, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the yogurt-quark mixture.
- 2. Taste the cream and divide it evenly among four small bowls. Garnish each portion with a cape gooseberry (physalis) and refrigerate until ready to serve.
