🍰 Fruity Berry Yogurt

Ingredientes
- 400 g yogurt (1.7% fat)
- 500 g mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- 2 tbsp agave nectar (health food store, organic shop)
Preparación
- 1. Carefully pick through the berries and remove any leaves or unripe pieces.
- 2. Rinse the berries under cold running water and pat them dry.
- 3. Cut the berries into bite-sized pieces if they are very large.
- 4. Place the yogurt into a bowl.
- 5. Add the agave nectar.
- 6. Stir the mixture well with a spoon until the agave nectar is fully incorporated.
- 7. Gently fold the prepared berries into the yogurt.
- 8. Divide the yogurt-berry mixture into suitable glasses.
- 9. Garnish the glasses with additional fresh berries according to taste.
- 10. Serve the dessert immediately to keep it fresh and cold.
