Ingredientes
- 300 g garlic bulb
- 500 ml dark honey (e.g. forest honey)
Preparación
- 1. Separate the garlic bulbs into individual cloves and peel them. Make sure to remove any brown spots and sprouts.
- 2. Place the cloves on a plate and drizzle honey over them all around so they are well coated. Then distribute them into two clean, sterile jars and top up with the remaining honey.
- 3. Stir the marinated garlic with a clean spoon and seal the jars. Let them ferment for at least four weeks at room temperature, but not in direct sunlight.
