🍰 Raspberry Orange Tiramisu

Ingredientes
- 6 sheets gelatin
- 1 organic orange
- 1 vanilla pod
- 750 g Alpro Cuisine Creme
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier (alternatively orange juice)
- 100 ml strong coffee
- about 12 ladyfingers
- 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
- cocoa powder
- Optional: Amarettini
Preparación
- 1. Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions.
- 2. Wash the orange thoroughly and pat it dry.
- 3. Finely grate the zest of the orange.
- 4. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 5. Scrape out the vanilla seeds.
- 6. Mix the Alpro Cuisine, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla seeds in a bowl.
- 7. Whisk the mixture with a hand mixer over ice until it is almost firm.
- 8. Remove five tablespoons of the cream and set it aside.
- 9. Stir the five tablespoons of cream together with the dissolved gelatin.
- 10. Stir the gelatin-cream mixture into the remaining main batch.
- 11. Mix the Grand Marnier with the coffee.
- 12. Place the first layer of ladyfingers into the glasses.
- 13. Drizzle the ladyfingers with the coffee and Grand Marnier mixture.
- 14. Fill the cream into a piping bag.
- 15. Pipe the cream onto the soaked ladyfingers.
- 16. Spread a layer of raspberries over the cream.
- 17. Repeat the layering steps until all ingredients are used up.
- 18. Make sure the glasses are almost full.
- 19. Thickly coat the surface of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
- 20. Sprinkle the dessert with broken amaretti cookies if desired.
