  4. 4. Place the minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and plenty of pepper into a bowl.
  5. 5. Work the ingredients vigorously by hand until a uniform mixture forms.
  6. 6. Lightly wet your hands with water.
  7. 7. Roll the meat mixture into small, evenly sized balls.
  8. 8. Brush the cut surfaces of the pepper halves thinly with olive oil.
  9. 9. Thread one pepper half and two meatballs alternately onto a skewer.
  10. 10. Repeat the threading process until all ingredients are used up.
  11. 11. Place the finished skewers on a preheated charcoal grill.
  12. 12. Alternatively, you can cook the skewers under the oven grill (grill function).
