🍽️ Cucumber Salmon Bites with Avocado

Ingredientes
- 250 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g cucumber
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- colorful pepper (from the mill)
- cress (or sprouts for garnish)
Preparación
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water.
- 2. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the salmon into approx. 3x3 cm cubes.
- 4. Drizzle the salmon cubes with the teriyaki sauce.
- 5. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 6. Cut the avocados in half.
- 7. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 8. Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from the flesh.
- 9. Drizzle the avocado balls with the lemon juice.
- 10. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 11. Slice the cucumber into approx. 1 cm thick rounds.
- 12. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 13. Fry the marinated salmon cubes in it.
- 14. Fry the salmon on all sides for approx. 2-3 minutes.
- 15. Skewer one avocado ball onto a piece of salmon.
- 16. Stick the skewers onto the cucumber slices.
- 17. Grind fresh colored pepper from a mill over them.
- 18. Garnish the bites with cress.
- 19. Serve the bites immediately.
