🍽️ Baked Sea Bream with Herb Crust and Lemon

Ingredientes
- 4 Sea Bream (ready for kitchen, approx. 450 g each)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped, mixed herbs (e.g. Parsley, Basil, Oregano, Lemon Thyme)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 unwaxed Lemons
- Parsley (for garnishing)
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the fish thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 4. Mix the olive oil with the breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, and herbs.
- 5. Season the herb breadcrumb mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Wash the lemons and dry them.
- 7. Cut the lemons in half and then into thin slices.
- 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the fish on it.
- 9. Make a shallow slit in the top side of each fish.
- 10. Lightly salt the fish.
- 11. Insert one lemon slice into each slit.
- 12. Generously sprinkle the herb breadcrumb mixture over the fish.
- 13. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 14. Garnish the finished dish with fresh parsley and serve.
