  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the fish thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Mix the olive oil with the breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, and herbs.
  5. 5. Season the herb breadcrumb mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Wash the lemons and dry them.
  7. 7. Cut the lemons in half and then into thin slices.
  8. 8. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the fish on it.
  9. 9. Make a shallow slit in the top side of each fish.
  10. 10. Lightly salt the fish.
  11. 11. Insert one lemon slice into each slit.
  12. 12. Generously sprinkle the herb breadcrumb mixture over the fish.
  13. 13. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Garnish the finished dish with fresh parsley and serve.
