🍽️ Colorful Fruit Salad with Creamy Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredientes
- 2 pears
- 2 kiwis
- 200 g grapes
- 2 oranges
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 300 g yogurt
- 0.25 tsp ground Bourbon vanilla (from the health food store)
Preparación
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the pears into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the hard core from the center of the pear quarters.
- 4. Cut the cored pear quarters into thin wedges.
- 5. Peel the kiwis completely.
- 6. Cut the kiwi flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Wash the grapes under running water.
- 8. Pluck the individual grapes off the stems.
- 9. Cut each grape in half.
- 10. Remove any seeds from the grape halves.
- 11. Peel the orange using a sharp knife.
- 12. Make sure to remove the white bitter pith completely as well.
- 13. Carefully cut out the flesh along the natural membranes.
- 14. Cut the removed orange pieces into bite-sized chunks.
- 15. Squeeze the remaining orange peel to extract the juice.
- 16. Peel the banana.
- 17. Slice the banana into round pieces.
- 18. Place all prepared fruits into a large bowl.
- 19. Whisk the orange juice, lemon juice, and one tablespoon of honey in a small bowl.
- 20. Pour the juice mixture over the fruits in the large bowl.
- 21. Gently mix the fruits so they are evenly coated with the juice.
- 22. Arrange the fruit salad on plates.
- 23. Whisk the yogurt with the remaining honey and the vanilla.
- 24. Drizzle the vanilla yogurt sauce over the plated fruit salad.
