🍰 Juicy French Plum Cake

Ingredientes
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
- 4 Eggs
- 80 g Coconut blossom sugar (4 tbsp)
- 1 pinch Vanilla powder
- 50 g Whole grain flour (e.g. from emmer)
- Salt
- 1 pinch Baking powder
- 100 g Low-fat quark
- 75 ml Milk (1.5% fat)
- 400 g Plums
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar from erythrit (to taste)
Preparación
- 1. Grease a baking pan or cake tin with a diameter of 24 centimeters generously with butter.
- 2. Beat the eggs together with the coconut blossom sugar and vanilla powder in a bowl until creamy.
- 3. Add the flour, a pinch of salt, the baking powder, the quark (curd cheese), and the milk to the egg mixture.
- 4. Stir everything well until a smooth batter forms.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
- 6. Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the stones.
- 7. Cut the plums into wedges.
- 8. Distribute the plum wedges evenly over the batter.
- 9. Preheat the oven.
- 10. Bake the cake at 200 degrees conventional heat, 180 degrees fan force, or gas mark 3 for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Take the cake out of the oven.
- 12. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar if desired.
