  3. 3. Add the flour, a pinch of salt, the baking powder, the quark (curd cheese), and the milk to the egg mixture.
  4. 4. Stir everything well until a smooth batter forms.
  5. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
  6. 6. Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the stones.
  7. 7. Cut the plums into wedges.
