🍽️ Meat Fondue with Fish and Seafood

Ingredientes
- 800 ml poultry stock
- 500 g meat (chicken, beef, pork, kitchen-ready, trimmed)
- 200 g salmon fillet (kitchen-ready, skinless)
- 200 g seafood (as you like)
- 300 g sausages (as you like, e. g. Salsiccia, paprika sausage)
Preparación
- 1. Heat the fondue broth in a pot.
- 2. Pour the hot broth into the fondue pot.
- 3. Place the fondue pot on a rechaud burner.
- 4. Keep the broth warm until you are ready to eat.
- 5. Rinse the meat, fish, and seafood under running water.
- 6. Pat all ingredients dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Cut the meat and fish into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 8. Remove the sausage casing if present.
- 9. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- 10. Place all prepared ingredients into small bowls.
- 11. Serve the bowls with your favorite dips alongside the fondue.
