🍰 Bowl de fresas con buttermilk de lima

Ingredientes
- 1 kg fresas
- 2 limas
- 2 sobres azúcar de vainilla
- 4 cucharadas soperas copos de avena gruesos
- 2 cucharadas soperas astillas de almendra
- 2 cucharadas soperas pistachos
- 500 ml buttermilk
Preparación
- 1. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green stems. Cut large berries in half, while leaving small berries whole.
- 2. Wash the limes and finely grate the zest, for example using a grater. Then squeeze the limes to get the juice.
- 3. Mix the strawberries with vanilla sugar and half of the grated lime zest. Let the mixture sit for ten minutes so the flavors blend well.
- 4. Toast the oat flakes and the almond pieces separately in a small pan. Then place them on a plate. Roughly chop the pistachios and mix them with the oat flakes and almonds.
- 5. Stir the buttermilk with the lime juice and the remaining lime zest until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- 6. Place the marinated strawberries in bowls or on deep plates. Pour the buttermilk over them and sprinkle everything with the oat almond pistachio mixture.
