🍰 Moist Oat Muffins with Blueberries

Ingredientes
- 100 g soft butter
- 120 g cane sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 g flour
- 200 g fine oats (or instant oats)
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- 100 g blueberries
- Margarine (for the muffin tin)
Preparación
- 1. Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer or whisk until the mixture is creamy and airy.
- 2. Add the flour, oat flakes, and baking powder (a leavening agent that makes the dough rise) to the butter mixture.
- 3. Pour in 5 to 7 tablespoons of water and stir everything well until a uniform batter forms.
- 4. Grease the indentations of your muffin tin with a little butter or oil so the muffins can be easily removed later.
- 5. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 6. Remove any hard stems or unripe berries and pat the blueberries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Gently fold the dried blueberries into the batter so they do not get crushed.
- 8. Fill the batter into the prepared cups, but fill them only two-thirds full.
- 9. Place the tray in the preheated oven on the middle rack.
- 10. Bake the muffins at 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the tray from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before removing them.
