🍽️ Baked dish with smoked salmon

Ingredientes
- 250 g Smoked salmon (preferably wild salmon)
- 200 g Crème fraîche
- nata para montar 50 g
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Preparación
- 1. Preheat the oven. Turn on the convection function and set the temperature to 125 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Crush the smoked salmon finely in a bowl.
- 3. Mix the crushed salmon mass with the beaten eggs.
- 4. Stir the crème fraîche into the salmon-egg mixture.
- 5. Mix the cream into the mass.
- 6. Peel off the green tips of the spring onions generously.
- 7. Finely chop the rest of the spring onions.
- 8. Stir the chopped spring onions into the salmon mixture.
- 9. Add some lemon juice.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt.
- 11. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 12. Fill the salmon mixture evenly into four small, ovenproof ramekins.
- 13. Place the four ramekins in a large baking dish.
- 14. Pour boiling water into the large baking dish.
- 15. Make sure the water stands about 3 centimeters high around the ramekins.
- 16. Bake the baked dish in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- 17. Check if the mass is firm.
- 18. Turn out the baked dish from the ramekins as desired.
- 19. Serve the baked dish warm or cooled.
