Ingredientes
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 250 g cherry tomato(es)
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp herb(s), Italian
- Salt and pepper
Preparación
- 1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 2. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 3. Place the tomato halves and onion strips in a bowl.
- 4. Pat the vegetables dry with a kitchen towel so they crisp up better.
- 5. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
- 6. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs.
- 7. Mix everything well so the vegetables are evenly seasoned.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Take a small heat-resistant dish (e.g., made of silicone).
- 10. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
- 11. Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the feta.
- 12. Place the dish into the air fryer basket.
- 13. Cook the dish at 180 °C for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 14. Check after 12 minutes to see if the feta is soft.
- 15. Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer.
- 16. Serve the feta with the vegetables directly in the dish.
- 17. Enjoy with fresh bread or as a light meal.
