  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C conventional heat.
  2. 2. Place the puff pastry in a 26 cm springform pan and prick the base several times with a fork.
  3. 3. Dice the onions into small cubes.
  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  5. 5. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy and remove them from the pan.
  6. 6. Melt the butter in the same pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
  7. 7. Add the mushrooms and fry until they have changed color.
  8. 8. Whisk the eggs and mix well with the cream and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Layer the mushroom mixture, bacon, and cheese on the pastry.
  10. 10. Pour the egg-cream mixture carefully over the filling.
  11. 11. Bake the quiche for 35 minutes in the oven until the center is set.
