Ingredients
- 500 g Beef roast
- 3 Stück Onions
- 500 ml Broth
- 200 ml Red wine
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 Stück Bay leaf
- 1 TL Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Heat the oil in a roasting pan and sear the meat on all sides.
- 2. Slice the onions into rings and add them to the meat.
- 3. Deglaze with red wine and broth, adding bay leaf and thyme.
- 4. Cover the roasting pan and cook in the oven at 180°C for 90 minutes.
- 5. Turn the meat after 60 minutes.
- 6. After cooking, slice the meat and serve it with the onion sauce.
