  2. 2. Slice the onions into rings and add them to the meat.
  3. 3. Deglaze with red wine and broth, adding bay leaf and thyme.
  4. 4. Cover the roasting pan and cook in the oven at 180°C for 90 minutes.
  5. 5. Turn the meat after 60 minutes.
  6. 6. After cooking, slice the meat and serve it with the onion sauce.
