Ingredients
- 1 Rolle Shortcrust pastry
- 3 Onions
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Cheese
- 1 TL Thyme
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Slice onions into rings and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Mix eggs and cream in a bowl.
- 4. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Place onions on the pastry, pour egg mixture over, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 6. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
