Ingredients
- 300 g Pork Belly
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 EL Chili Paste
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL, gerieben Ginger
- 200 ml Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork belly into slices and boil in broth for 10 minutes.
- 2. Chop bell pepper and spring onions into pieces.
- 3. In a pan, fry the pork belly until crispy.
- 4. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add bell pepper, soy sauce, chili paste and mix well.
- 6. Let cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
