🍲 Żurek (Sour Rye Soup)

Ingredients
- 100g Rye Flour
- 1L Water
- 150g Sausage
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 100g Sour Cream
Instructions
- 1. Mix rye flour with water and let rest for 3 days.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic, sauté in a pot.
- 3. Add water and bay leaf, bring to a boil.
- 4. Slice sausage and add to soup, cook for 15 minutes.
- 5. Add sourdough and spices, simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6. Serve with sour cream and enjoy.
