🍲 Żurek - Sour Rye Soup with Sausage

Ingredients
- 200ml Sourdough Starter
- 200g Cooked Sausage
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 150g Potatoes
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pot.
- 2. Add water and potatoes and boil for 15 minutes.
- 3. Add sourdough starter and bay leaf.
- 4. Dissolve the sausage in the soup.
- 5. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 6. Serve hot.
