Ingredients
- 1 Stück, in Scheiben Zucchini
- 100 g Tempura Flour
- 150 ml, kohlensäurehaltig Water
- zum Frittieren Oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice zucchini thinly.
- 2. Mix tempura flour with sparkling water.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan.
- 4. Dip zucchini slices in batter and fry until golden brown.
- 5. Drain on paper towels and serve.
