Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 100 Zucchini
- 50 Feta Cheese
- 10 Olive Oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Grate zucchini and set aside.
- 2. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 4. Add zucchini to the pan and sauté briefly.
- 5. Pour eggs into the pan and cook while stirring.
- 6. Add feta and allow to melt.
