🥗 Zucchini Rolls with Ricotta

Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 100 g Ricotta
- 30 g Pine Nuts
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 5 Blätter Basil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice zucchini lengthwise into thin strips.
- 2. Sauté zucchini slices in olive oil until soft.
- 3. Mix ricotta with pine nuts, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Place a teaspoon of ricotta on a zucchini strip and roll up.
- 5. Arrange the rolls on a plate and garnish with basil.
