Ingredients
- 1 Stück zucchini
- 100 g pickles
- 4 Scheiben whole grain bread
- 100 g hummus
- 1 EL chives
- 1 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Slice the zucchini thinly and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Spread bread slices with hummus.
- 3. Distribute zucchini and pickles evenly on the hummus.
- 4. Sprinkle with chives and cover with another slice of bread.
- 5. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve.
