🐟 Salmon Gratin with Zucchini Lasagna Sheets

Ingredients
- 500 g Zucchini
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 200 g Low-fat cream cheese
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 Stück Lemon
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 3 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 2. Wash the zucchini and slice it into 5 mm long strips using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Grease a baking dish with some olive oil.
- 4. Cut the salmon into coarse cubes and mix with cream cheese, grated lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Form a layer of zucchini sheets in the baking dish, cover with the salmon mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- 6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of zucchini.
- 7. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- 8. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
