🍳 Zucchini Ham Frittata with Basil

Ingredients
- 5 Stück Eggs
- 200 g Zucchini
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 80 g Mozzarella
- 10 g Basil
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk them lightly.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 4. Fry the zucchini cubes and ham for 5 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and ham. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes until the egg is set.
- 7. Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle fresh basil over the frittata, and let it cool for 2 minutes.
