  2. 2. Mix the crumbs with the butter and press the mixture firmly into a springform pan (20 cm). Place it in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Whisk quark, sugar, and lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. 4. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  5. 5. Gently fold the cream into the quark mixture. Spread the cream over the base. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
