🥗 Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 50 g Sugar
- 60 ml Milk
- 1 TL Yeast
- 250 g Flour
- 30 g butter
- 1 Stück Egg
- 2 TL Cinnamon
- 30 g Brown Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
- 2. Combine all ingredients and let rise for 30 minutes.
- 3. Roll out dough on a floured surface, spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
- 4. Roll up and cut into pieces, place on a baking tray.
- 5. Let rise for another 15 minutes.
- 6. Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.
