Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 30 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- 2. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
- 3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4. Heat a skillet and melt butter in it.
- 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet and cook until golden brown.
- 6. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side.
