🥗 Goat Cheese Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 100 g mixed salad greens
- 100 g goat cheese
- 30 g walnuts
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 EL balsamic vinegar
- 1 TL honey
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Place the salad greens in a bowl.
- 2. Crumble goat cheese over the salad.
- 3. Chop walnuts roughly and add them.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic, honey, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- 6. Serve immediately.
