🥗 Zeresht Polo (Rice with Barberries)

Ingredients
- 200g rice
- 50g barberries
- 1EL sugar
- 2EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 20g butter
- 1g saffron
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice in salted water.
- 2. Soak barberries in warm water.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add barberries and sugar.
- 4. Sauté barberries briefly.
- 5. Drain rice and mix with barberries.
- 6. Serve with butter and saffron.
