Ingredients
- 4 Egg yolks
- 100 g Sugar
- 150 ml Marsala wine
- 100 ml Whipped cream
Instructions
- 1. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a bowl over hot water until fluffy.
- 2. Gradually add Marsala wine while stirring.
- 3. Continue whisking until light and foamy.
- 4. Whip cream and fold into the egg mixture.
- 5. Serve in bowls.
